We have stayed at many different vegas strip hotels and have pretty average expectations (even more so in vegas.) Flamingo we will not be returning to. She gave attitude, said she was going to get the manager (great!) Came back 15 minutes later and told us they would refund 1 more night of resort fees but that was it. When i went back down to the inhouse service i was greeted with the same girl who we spoke with the previous times. The day before we checked out we were told they would take off the resort fees - day of check out we were greeted with 2 days of resort fees so they took off 2 days. Our room was in such horrendous condition, seriously embarrased we stayed there. What appeared to be blood splatter on the walls. The vents were caked in dust, mold all over the bathroom, cigarette burns on the couch. It was suppose to be a king room, we received a queen. ![]() The room reeked of smoke (it was a non smoking room). ![]() There was dirty bedding with blood/bodily fluids on them. She sent an engineer who couldn't believe they had people staying in the room. Called Caesars guest relations - they sent housekeeping supervisor up to our room who was appauld by the conditiom of the room. Room was extremely dirty when reported to the inhouse service was met with attitude and no solution.
